Maintain a record of the
maintenance and expenses for practically any fleet of
vehicles. Each maintenance record contains the
date, vehicle#, odometer reading, service category, service
provider, cost and notes. Each record can also be marked
as business expense or not and as covered under warranty or
not. Numerous pre-defined reports are available to list
the maintenance/expense records for all vehicles, any selected
vehicle, category or service provider, for any date
range. These reports show a total cost for the listed
service items and are useful for tax and other business cost
reporting. Other program features include:
